Congrats Hammer & BTB!!! Way to go! I've been hunting hard, and I've been seeing lotts of smaller deer. They're really starting to move around now, scrapes and rubs everywhere! I'll be out all this weekend again. Good luck to the rest of you, and congrats again to the buck shooters!

Hey guys, its just startin to get good. Last time I saw this guy he was all buddy buddy with two little bucks. Today he was definitely Mr attitude.

I think around here the pre-rut is starting-up, I saw a doe in the road last night in the suburbs and a friend of mine said he stopped on the interstate and got half of a 140" class rack off of a road kill and another guy has seen a monster following a doe for several days now.
I hope to be in the stand early staurday afternoon and do some rattling and calling and see what happens. Now that I have this little buck for the team the big boy will show up!Good luck guys!

Well guys , it's getting close to crunch time for me. I have off all next week so I'll be out everyday starting Monday. I always seem to have good luck when I get the chance to bow hunt on halloween. Hope it continues!

The best is yet to come for me too. I leave for Pike County Illinois Wed night and am staying for two weeks. I cant wait.... are we there yet?????

Congrats on the doe bowhuntinoh! I went out to fill a doe tag or two yesterday and everything I saw had horns. The best one was a buck about 110"
