I'm not looking to go after any dealers, I was just wanting to verfiy what you're saying (multiple limb problems by said dealer)by checking with our Warranty Dept. to see what they have documented, I do have this capability and it's based on facts, not heresay.

Mylocal dealer (J's Bow Shop)has been on board with BowTech since the very begginging (2000)and he's had to replace two sets of limbs. He also uses a Sure Loc X-Press in his shop...

I've given you the name of a dealer that's had next to no limb problems, why won't you share the name of the dealer that has?
Ok, well, while up in the NW Ohio area, Johnson's in McCutcheonville was the NW dealer that had said the bows were usually back pretty quick.

The guy who had the bow with the busted limb in his shop just reassured me that "Bowtech has excellent customer service, and they would have the bow repaired and back to its owner in 2 wks or less, like they always did."
Pat
Now this guy pretty much solely deals in BowTech/Diamond bows, shoots a BowTech, and let me shoot a few of them in his shop. They are nice bows, like I said, I just would be leary since I've heard of problems with the limbs. Remember, I also said that probably the 2 best bows for forgiveness and speed are both BowTechs, so I'm really not trying to bash. And if you say there isn't a limb problem, that's fine with me, I'll take you at your word.

I do have to ask "Why on earth BowTech hasn't yet gone to laminated limbs?" But if you have a product that is selling so well, sometimes you just don't fix what isn't broken (or rarely broken, at least). As for Matthews, I've heard a handful of horror stories about their customer service, and refusal to fix things because it wasn't a defect, and I've never heard any such about BowTech.

So if you say the Guardians aren't having limb problems, I'll take it they are not. And I do still want to shoot one to see how nice they really do shoot. But I think if I were to buy a BowTech, and Allegiance would be my personal choice.
