I did shoot both. The archery shop guy even changed the draw length on both bows. Shot them both at the same weight too. Both shot and felt great. For some reason the Diamond Liberty felt "easier" to me. It just felt a touch nicer to draw. Both were quiet. I know the Hoyt is a popular bow on this forum and deservedly so. Believe me it wasn't the $100 difference. I just said to myself, "this is me" and bought the Diamond.
