The day after that happened I was in a completely diff. area and there was about 50 to 60 birds in bunch also. I got up on them in the creek and had 6 jakes right in front of me about 20 steps at the most. I couldn't get them to leave because I wanted to see what was in the bigger bunch. I would move some and they would gooble not all that good but not to bad. They finally moved after about 15 min. I got closer to the big bunch and did spot one bird with 6 inch beard. I do know there was not too many mature birds in that bunch either. I didn't take a bird there either I was looking for a muture bird. It was a show those 6 jakes put on I should of had a video.
