RE: Wac'em Broadheads
I have had a lot of problems with broadhead flight and couldn't get a fixed blade to fly straight but I got things tuned up and I tried the wac'ems 100 grain and they flew perfectly. They shave my vanes off of my field point tipped arrows out to 50 yards. (I haven't shot them farther than 50). I took three deer this year with them. First one was a 122 pound doe, I double lunged her at 20 yards and she went 25-30 yards and dropped. Awesome blood trail and my arrow was sticking in the ground almost 20 inches. Next deer was my 9 pointer, I spined him, arrow passed through and seperated the spine completely. Third deer was a 5 pointer and I shot him at 27 yards and he took three steps without knowing he was hit and he dropped dead. All three had the arrows sticking in the ground after passing through. Ishoot a PSETriton at 63 pounds. These are the sharpest blades I have found and they slice through very quickly, which causes very good blood trails. I've heard people say they don't cause enough damage?!?! I want my broadhead to slice three perfect slits, not tear a hole through my deer. Broadheads are meant to slice, not shock. Anyways, let me know what you think.
