Default RE: 139gr or 140gr data for 7mm Rem Mag

The data should be interchangable between the 139 and 140 grain bullets. However, RL19 is not a very good choice for the 7mm rem mag, it's too fast burning. I've had much better luck with RL25, RL22 is good also but I've had better luck with RL25. I don't trust loading data that's printed nowadays very much, whether it be in loading manuals or from powder manufacturers. Too many lawyers involved, so involved that the data is unreliable. It's better to spend the extra $70 and get your own chronograph, then work up loads for your rifle from there.
