RE: Feeding Deer Now Illegal
I wonder if close contact and CWD are the real reasons. Why wouldn't they say that grain can only be broadcast by normal agricultural methods similar to the laws for Doves.Or specifically,you have to use a broadcast spreader to distribute feed. Seems that would solve the problem of close contact and frankly it's a more effective way to feed deer.
