YEP ! I had a load i used all most all summer. The temp was in the 90's to 102. It shot 1/4 inch groups solid. {Used it for factory bench rest shoots]. The temp dropped out of the 90"s and so did my groups! It was a ball powder.
Remedy : if you find one,i want to know!!!!!!!
