I tend to agree with boltman. Get a 700 Stainless action blueprinted, have a Krieger barrel installed. The Alaskan uses a H&S stock, I prefer McMillan, Jewell trigger, Williams bottom metal. Have it black teflon coated. You'll have a rifle better than the "custom shop" could dream of building, for the same cost!
