RE: closed gates
Does a closed gate mean that access is blocked , or just vehicle access ? A stretch of national forest that I'm considering hunting is no longer staffed , but still open to the public except for vehicles due to a closed gate . You can walk in though . You may wish to check with the rangers and clarify it .
