since this case can set a precedence, I'm watching... 'cuz land owners ARE responsible for damage done by ANY occupant/user here in WVa...that's why my pal shut down his 4 wheeler track...liability. Liability laws are a Lawyers dream...so don't be surprised if the LO is found liable, and NOT overturned. in which case, MANY hunting clubs will be shut down, many leases will be ended, 'cuz ain't nobody gonna risk their property/$$ over a hunter or deer....no one. I wou;dn't...you wouldn't, 'cuz once the gavel slams...it's all over.
