Hanging meat ????
Just curious here. How long (if at all) do most of ya let big game hang before you process it. Use to let them hang for a few days (it's below freezing at night and in the high 30's during the day) but was told today that I should go ahead and process it as soon as posible. Never had a problem in the past but just curious what some of the other folks out there do.
