RE: squirrel?
i got a couple in the freezer right now from this past weekend, and im thinking about frying them a little in a pan with oil, then wrapping in foil with barbecue sauce and baking in the oven. But my question is how long and at what temp. should i bake them? I know i dont want to cook them fast because they can dry out, but the foil should help prevent that.
any suggestions on time and temps? should i bother frying first as someone had mentioned earlier? or just bake them in foil?
