Down here in the old hot humid south, snakes are everywhere.
Seen way more than I care to say.
I was even bit a few yrs back by a copperhead early one sept morning while bowhunting although he did not penetrat my boots it stillwoke me up. I did not see him untill he popped me 3times.
In the deep south diamond backs are common to see!
I have a friend that killedtwo of them last season while hunting on oneafternoon hunt in two different areas.
