Default Broadhead penetration question

I have been shooting my broadheads for a few days now and other than a slightly lower point of impact they fly just like the field points. But what I've noticed is that after the arrow hits the target the fletching end of the arrow is often not pointed straight back at me as the field points are. This has got me wondering... Is this something to do with the dull (practice) broadhead going through the layers of the target? I'm using a layered "Black Hole" target. Has anyone else noticed this sort of thing? I'm wondering if it effects the way my arrow will penetrate on an animal. The arrows seems to slide as far through the target as the field points. I'm just curious I guess....!
