I own 400+ acres just south of there. If you get $2k per hunter, you let me know....LOL

It's WV, not Colorado. It's still selling for $400/acre around me. If a fella paid your prices, he could buy 50 acres in just 10 years of leases...then turn it around and make money on it.

BTW...mine will never be leased
