I built this small camp house on the family's 2700 acre ranch. I started from scratch in 2004, no prints..just an idea in my head. In the building process I went through 100 degree days, in Nov 04 we had a flood one evening...16 inches of rain fell in about 12 hrs, I was trapped there for a day...on Dec 25th of 04 we had 11 inches of snow fall here inSouth Texas.As of today it's only lacking the bottom skirting and some trim work in the upstairs bedrooms. I did get some help from my wife on the roof and painting, my dad helped with the kitchen cabinets and other than that I did everything else. It's not the Hilton but it does have all the comforts of home.I started in the beginning to keep up with the cost but lost count, I have no idea want it cost and really dont want to. [8D]
