The Summit Seat of the Pants harness can't be beat. Gotta insert a word of caution about screw in steps. Use the better ones that are plastic coated or put end caps on em. A good friend had one pull out last year and caught his arm on another one on the way down. He hit on his feet with no breaks but that step caught his arm and severed his bicep, tricep and deltoid muscle. He almost bled out on the way to the ER (5 pints).
I've gone to ladder sticks and use the prusic knot all the way up and down now.
