RE: Building carbon arrows
Whichever glue you use for the inserts, be sure to clean out the inside of the arrow with the solvent that the manufacturer recommends. I use a rifle bore brush chucked in a low speed drill motor. Dip it in solvent, run it in there for a few seconds and wipe it out with a Q-tip.
This is one that I learned this the hard way. Lost some of the expensive target points and ruined my score at league one night.
