I use regular super glue gel from the craft store for the fletches and use hot glue for the inserts. That way you can make adjustments when you are broadhead tuning. Just make sure that you don't apply the heat directly to the carbon. When it comes time to remove the insert. Apply Just enough heat to the metal point of the arrow as you apply pressure. If you use the 2 part epoxy on the insert, you gots what you gots after it dries.
