Yes, there is a push button release, which works very nice. So, I guess I can just pop it off, clean, dry, lightly oil and reinstall.

On one of the guns, the fiber optic sight was kind of messed up. Well, when I set the windage and then went to change the elevation, it would not move. I had to loosen the windage screw to move the elevation. That's no good, cause then I just messed up the windage. Also, I was careful not to overtighten the screws and it felt like the elevation screw was stripped. That is the gun I put the peep on (my gun). I will let Matthew try it and see if he likes it. May end up buying another.
