Speed!!!!!!!!

I am looking at getting a new bow later this spring, I have some concerns about new bows. How do bow companies get the advertised speeds? What arrow weight are they shooting? I shoot a 510 grain arrow (with tip) out of my 1999 PSE nova, at 65lbs it gets them up to a whopping 210fps. My goal is to get a new bow that can get them into the 260-280fps range. I am a 28in draw and will be getting a 70lb draw bow. I will be looking at all the big names from bowtech , PSE, Mathews, and Hoyt. You guys and gals have helped me in the past and I am thanking you ahead of time.
