Guys,

Everyone needs to calm down about the southern/yankee buck scenario. JUST CALM DOWN. I think this has gotten out of hand and want the posts like this one to cease. That's enough, guys. That is enough.

I think this started by the Southern folks on the board simply stating that obviously hunting in the Southland is supreme to anywhere else in the country. Awards, accolades, etc, etc. I do not think anyone on the board would argue that. It is a fair and accurate statement. I am not sure anyone has argued against that. Hunting the South is as close to an "out of body" experience as a man can have. Somewhat orgasmic.

Where things kind of got off course was when folks got bent out of shape in regards to Texas bucks and fencing. Unnecessary. Boring. Tim Tebow. When it comes down to it, the guys on this board are good guys and the things we all have in common is the love for pursuit of that wiley and underhanded whitetail deer.
