two years ago I recommended the 375 Buffalo Bullet SSB to an elk hunter. He was using a Black Diamond XR and was looking for an elk load. I do know he was shooting 110 grains of Triple Se7en 2f under them. He took a nice cow elk I believe at about 75 yards. He reported the bullet did extensive damage, mushroomed excellent and sure did a number on that cow.

I am positive the NE's would also work excellent. I'd simply try both and then take the most accurate and powerful of the two. Carry them both for that matter.
