I find it both rewarding and relaxing. Never felt like it was a chore but over the years factory ammo has come a loooooonnnng way. I have tried some factory stuff that just clicked with a certain rifle and figured 'why bother'. And with some of the bigger stuff, Ican't sit out there and shoot 100 rounds any more trying to find 'the one'. If I can get 1 -1.5 inch groups at 100yds with a mag caliber, it will do what I want it to do. I have several old calibers that are a pleasure to shoot and when youdon't have as much of a selection, reloading is the only way to get them dialed in.
