Well what do you know...

I went home at lunch and scrounged through the wife's craft supplies. Found a fabric cement that is very gooey. I planned to use it, so I went to get my bow. I had left the pipe cleaner in place after I tried to secure it with the super glue gel.

It was cemented in place hard as a rock. Couldn't budge it. I had expected the super glue to be more instant, which is why I didn't think it would work. Looks like it just needed time to set up.

The pipe cleaner works really great. The teflon v-spoon would hold the arrow in place up to about 45-50* or so either way I canted the bow, but no way the arrow is falling off now. Looks really cool, too
