This is far from accurate, because i bought a NEW Ruger 77chambered for 350 Rem. mag. in the late 70's or so...
Iharvested moose and several other big game animials with it compareing it to the .338-06 that i also owned in a Ruger 77. (the .338-06 wasn't "factory built" by Ruger) In the end i liked the .338-06's better penetration on big game (brown bears) and sold the 350...
Useing NP's it should do very well on most big game animials...
