It all depends. Take a good look and see if it has bearings in the cam and ilder. If so then no lube is necessary as they are sealed. If you have bushings then a good teflon based lube will work just fine. Don't use WD-40 or anything with an oil base as this will only draw dirst or dust wihich will cause premature bushing wear.
