I really don't prefer any on your list. of currently made rifles available here, I prefer the Dakota - the CZ is next. Then, among older weapons, I like English then German double rifles abd drillings..... and the Mannlicher-Schoenauers!!
Yes I would love to have one of the drilling rifles, fell in love in Germany, but some or most cost more then my first house! [&:][8D]
I know what you mean, JL, and I have no idea what you paid for your first house! However, I believe you can still pick up a good drilling in the U.S. (like a Sauer, for example) for around $3,000.00.For example, take a look at this nice Sauer on AUCTION ARMS:Item # 7308819

well I paid 20,000, but when I was in germany there were some like for 45,000, most less and some 20,000, I said wow! Best guns in the world, best craftsmanship and accuracy with all barrels shooting almost same point of impact but OUCH on the wallet! [&:]
