RE: silencing a quiver.
Put a very small dap of silicone where the quiver comes in contact with the bow then tighten it down solid and let it dry. I've found that a two piece quiver is infinitely quieter than a one piece (that center bar on a one piece resonates too much, get rid of it!) If you have to have a one piece, get one that attaches on both ends rather than just in the middle and get one that is permanently affixed to the bow rather than a removeable. If the quiver is full of arrows it should be quieter than empty as long as the gripper fits your shafts tightly. Navajo's suggestions of the small LimbSaver is excellent. I'm putting one on the hood of my quiver.
