Hmm...tough call..I'd hate to say one way or the other...The PF cams like a stiff arrow....at 28" I'd side on the stiff side and go with the 3-60's, especially if you are using feathers...(they reduce spine as there is less weight at the back end of the arrow)..let me ask you this..what size Goldtip are you using? and do you think the spine is too soft on them?

They are a "matte" very smooth finish...not as dull as some, but not glossy...I've never had a glare problem...they do not wear on your rest as bad as Goldtips...
