I understand what you are saying, and many peoplefeel if the case is altered in any fashion with a ful length die, you are either full sizing or partial sizing, and if this definition mets your criteria, great. The way I understand partial sizing iswhen the shoulder is moved back to precisely fit the length of the chamber. I do not consider partial sizingchanging the dimensions of the body and leaving the shoulder alone. Good luck.
