i have to choose what new rifle i want for Xmas. Toss up between the 7mm08 and the 22-250. i want accuracy first then distance. i want to be able to put 3rds in 1" at atleast 100yards withthe average shot being about 200yards. would like to get 300 out of it but i know its on me to make the 200+shots. Opinions please

Just over amonth ago at the Canberra rifle range, I witnessed a 2.5" group shot at 500m with an "out of the box"Remington 700 SPS in 7mm-08. I'm so impressed, I've ordered a 700 SPS Stainless!!!

PS:in 7mm-08.
