I personally think this post was amusing. I am all for a good gigging
every now and then. I am particularly disgusted with some of the egomaniac holier than thou attitudes that some people have exhibited.
Whether a member is a "lifer" or a "newbie" to this forum should have no
bearing whatsoever on how this was posted. I would probably be termed a
"newbie" because I am a new member to the forum, but I have been a hunter for over 25 years. Does that make me a "newbie" to hunting and my responses have no merit? Give me a break. Antler Eater, I thought this post was a hoot! We need a little more fun and some people need to get off of their high horses and relax. Do I care what the nonhunters think of me hunting? I don't think so. It is my right as well as everyone elses right that does hunt. Am I pissed that they don't hunt? No, that is their perogative. I am going to be a responsible hunter but I am not going to bow down to their opinions and alter the way I do things to satisfy their needs.
