I was going to run a trapline on the Great Miami River north of Dayton for the first time in years, until I spoke with a furbuyer who said that high dollar on coons was $5.00. I was told that muskrats and Beaver prices are okay, but the price of traps has so badly outpaced the price of fur that it seems hardly worth it. Has the price on coons changed since early November?
