If you are forced to use a slug gun where you hunt, think about getting a rifled barrel and shooting sabot slugs. I have a Hastings replacment barrel on a Rem. 1100 semi-auto. It wears a 2.5 power scope and I get 2 3/4 in. 3 shot groups at 100 yds. With Federal sabots.
