Maytom is right. this is my setiments exactally. no reason to have aluminum anything with carbon. It (ACC) just makes a carbon arrow worse. Go all carbon and never worry about a bent arrow. But there is one thing that you have to inspect carbon arrows for splinters. If it has anything wrong with them. chuck them out. there was a picture around hear years ago of a carbon exploding during release and the arrow exploded and ended up in his arm. this is the worse possible situation. So just look them over and you are fine. I will NEVER go back to carbon arrows EVER.
