If you are planning on taking in a set of antlers and skull cap then you will have to have the tag attached to the antlerswith the conformation numbers on it.So your cap and all willl have to have the corrct antlerless tag on it with the conformation numbers on it.
Yes it will make it easier for people to cheat and such.But I do think that those who have been caught before will be checked on a regular basis.If they think someone is suspicious they will send a dno officer out to check the deer themselves.Some will get away and some will not.We will just have to see how the first season goes.
