I have heard from people very close to the situation that the hunters that were either killed or injured were not as snowy white as the media made them out to be. As you have said, I too in no way condone his choices or have difficulty with the verdict. What he did was flat out wrong. He will be sent to jailfor a very long time sincethere is no death penalty here in Wisconsin.
