Once again, this is my opinion.

In an instance where you are guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt, like in this case. Death penaly within 24 hours of the conviction.

I know in a lot of cases, you can't prove it to that extent, but in the certain cases where you can, I don't believe we should pay for these guys to sit and rot.
