Wisconsin was among some of the first States in the Union I believe to outlaw the death penalty. Believe me,there are bothsides of the death penalty in this Stateand on theissue of this matter, but that is all here and there.

In our State you can be convicted to life in prison and life in prison without the opportunity for parole which basically means you are institutionalized the rest of your life. Vang I am sure will be behind bars for many years. He will be a ward of the State you might say. During that time I am sure there will be countless appeals and motions to suppress but all in all he will still be incarcerated.
