2 years ago I went with Warne base and rings for my Omega. They're a little pricey, but they're the best. Check out their website www.warnescopemounts.com. They also have QD rings, but I don't see the need for them. I shoot 777 andthat powder isso easy to clean, why bother removing the scope.

I'll never shoot at a deer over 150 yards away with my Omega, so I went with a Bushnell 3200 Firefly 1.5 x 4.5. So far it hasn't let me down. Last year I took a doe at last legallight, 1/2 hour after subdown,at about 125 yards; without the Fireflyit wouldn't of happened.
