FROSTYCANUCK i am often seen fishing the omenica river in the summer and you can drive to the omenica camp (owned by abitibi) and can launch a boat at the mouth of the omenica river. The road to omenica camp is great. It is 172 km just wath out for ore trucks. Have a radio. I was fishing the omenica on July long weekend an seen lots of moose and some average bears.
