Default RE: bambi syndrome

It's a CARTOON.. that's my thought on it. I didn't mind watching it as a kid and it didn't change my mind any about hunting. Also I'm sure my kid will watch it and it doesn't bother me. I HATE when people, even when some a kidding, tell me "Awww.. your going to shoot Bambi.". I remind them it's a CARTOON. I usually end up telling them that unless they find my arrow in their VCR then I haven't shot Bambi. People agitate the hell out of me when they try to involve fiction (cartoons) with real life situations. Could you imagine trying to make a valid point on a subject by refering to cartoons. ie. "Sorry I was driving drunk and choking my kid. But you don't want to arrest Homer Simpson, do you?". Just stupid.
