Locking Shoulder in
I read that when holding the bow and drawing when reaching full draw you should lock the shoulder of the hand that is holding the bow. Is this true? I am currently trying it and it seems to steady the arm thus helping my accuracy. School is still out though. I am fairly new at archery and am always tinkering with things to try and get better. Is this good? I think this is going to be a lifelong adventure.
