Every year less & less Wallys continue to carry muzzleloading properties. The powder price is high because they require all powder insurances to be paid by the powder consumer/purchaser.

Years ago, Wally would keep the powder price low & pass the insurance costs of it onto ALL SHOPPERS coming into the store..... not anymore!... that's why powder prices are so high at just about all Wallys.
