1-the birders and eco weenies have taken over the DCNR.Hunters are last on the list now with their concerns yet first on the list with state forest useage of recreation.
I kind of doubt that. When you figure most hunters are only in their woods 2 weeks out of the year, the hikers, campers, and tree huggers are there a lot more. 30 years ago when I first started my job, there where big arguements about getting vacation time for hunting. By the time I left work, with more employees, the lowest in seniority could get 1st week of buck off.
