Good and bad news from Wisconsin. The bad first, I am sorry to report that I did not fill my tag.

The good news, my dad (who has been very sick and has missed a lot of hunting over the years) and my brother got their first turkeys. It was my brothers first time out. I was able to call both of them in and they shot at the same time and got the double. It was an awesome morning for the three of us. Now they are hooked.

I got close this morning to a very nice bird, but hehung upat 60 yards. Best of luck to the team and sorry I could not help.

Turkeyslayer15 nice job!

Nice bird, are you entering that bird in the contest?

Your score is 19.25 + 8.75 + 8.75 + 19.5 = 56.25

19.4lbs 7/8 7/89.3/4
Shouldn't that '19.4 lbs' equate to 19.4 points since it was actually 19 lbs 6.4 ounces? ...it was weighed on a digital scale in pounds and I just hadn't converted it...sorry.

USFWC, on your orginal post you listed the birds weights as 19 lbs 4 oz, so did did it weight 19lbs 4 oz or 19 lbs 6 oz?

Here is my original post...obviously says 19.4 lbs to me and not 19 lbs 4 oz:

One more pic!

...19.4 lbs, 7/8" spurs and 9 3/4" beard
