Had this boy and a brother come sneaking through a hedgerow trying to go unnoticed, but my 835 doesn't miss much
85% sure i missed one of these two birds a few weeks earlier, misjudged and rushed the shot [:@]
Ends in a smile though...
17lb Eastern, 7/8" spurs, 9 3/8" beard, good two year old, could be a bit heavier though...
