hey guys i broke my foot doing some skydiving runs and needless to say im gonna be on crutches for 6 more weeks and in the boot for 2-3 months. im gonna try and get out to hunt a couple times; but dont expect much from me. sorry about this thing. im pissed

dang that really sucks man sorry to hear. I geuss we are going to have to step it up team. I cant wait for turkey season to start up. been seeing all these toms and cant do anything about it yet.

Sorry to hear Mossy. Did you do your homework before you broke your foot and scouted your turkeys? If so, I believe you can still bag a bird. You will just have to waddle your @ss out of bed a little earlier...lol. I'm saying this because you won't regret it when a big ol' Tom stutts and gobbles in from 200 yards to check out your decoys. Myself, I know I would even hire a kid to wheel my crippled @ss in a wheelchair so I didn't miss the action....lol. Well worth it my friend. Good Luck

That's as bad as me blowing 2 ligaments out of my knee two weeks before turkey season and 3 weeks before a trip to Arizona for vacation 10 years ago. Rest that thing, and we'll be thinkin' of ya.

We gotta step up now, boys. I leave on the 22nd....3 weeks from today.
